Empire State Building at dusk
Rockefeller Center has recently opened their 70th floor observation deck to the public for the first time in many years.
It was 25 degrees outside with a 30+ mph wind on the deck.
I've always enjoyed photographing Skyscrapers from Skyscrapers.
